My husband and I recently came into some money unexpectedly. We used some of it to pay off our debts, some we have put into savings for retirement and some we plan to invest. We want to make an investment that will pay for itself. We are thinking about Property Investment NZ. We know of a couple of commercial properties that are for sale, we want to evaluate them for their potential income. We know that commercial property is a good investment because it will pay for itself. If we have the right tenants we will receive money from them each month. Part of that will go to pay the mortgage and other expenses. The rest we would put away so that we could invest in more property. We know that this in not the type of thing that is easy to pull out of. If we do it we will be in it for the long haul.
